Born on March 16, 1966, in Holly, Michigan, Kris grew up in a close-knit community that helped shape her into the warm, resilient, and giving soul she became. From childhood, Kris carried an innate warmth that made others feel seen and welcomed. She had a laugh that could soften even the hardest day and a strength that showed itself in her compassion, forgiveness, and unwavering loyalty to those she loved. In her early adulthood, Kris proudly served in the United States Navy, where she developed lifelong friendships and a deeper sense of purpose. Her service shaped her resilience and dedication, traits she carried throughout her life. To Kris, motherhood was her greatest calling. Her love for her son, Alec Hall, was limitless, guiding every choice she made. That love grew even brighter when she became a grandmother to Cooper, Ethan, and Annebelle Hall, who were the light of her life. Kris is also survived by her loving parents, William and Sharon Foy, and by her siblings, who knew her as a steady presence, a confidant, and a protector. Family was the heart of everything she did, shown in her actions, her sacrifices, and her constant support.
