Christopher R. Piascik Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Christopher Raymond Michael Piascik, of Holly, Michigan, passed away at home on August 5th, 2022 at the young age of 58 after a brave 8year fight with cancer. Chris was born on February 20th, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan to Delphine (Pesta) and Raymond Piascik. Chris lived his first 12 years in East Detroit (now East Pointe), then moved to Holly with his guardians, Sue (Piascik) and Mike Hunter. He had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around and make other’s laugh. Chris’s children’s friends regarded him as a second dad. He enjoyed car shows, a variety of music including country and 70’s music, spending time in Caseville, going out to eat and just spending time with his wife of 32 years. He is survived by his wife, Connie (Lotridge), children Tom (girlfriend Annie Curle) and Katie (fiancé Alexandra Bisset), and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Robert and his sister, Sue (Piascik) Clark. He was such a fighter, he faced death many times and kept bouncing back, to continue living his life, that he said was a “GREAT LIFE!” He has left behind many, many loved ones that will always miss him, but he lives on in our hearts as long as we live. A visitation will be held on Monday August 8, 2022 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at the Dryer Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 9, 2022 at 12 noon at the Dryer Funeral Home with Shawny Neubecker officiating.
