Hunter Marchant Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Hunter Marchant age 22 of Waterford. Ascended into the loving arms of God on May 31, 2022. Son of Marcella (Kennaday) Marchant. Hunter was a pure and beautiful soul; who had a larger than life, glowing personality who had an unforgettable infectious smile. He had a witty sense of humor which was expressed in practical and inside shenanigans. Hunter was a true blessing, full of pure and unconditional love and joy. He completed his life mission by touching others without words. Hunter was also a free spirit like his Mom. Always up for any adventure, be it wildlife excursions, visits to the many bodies of water, or being a perfect shopping buddy; adding his silly shenanigans and laughter to those in sight. Left to cherish his love and countless memories are his best friends, his Mom (Marcie), Father (Jeffrey), 5 siblings, Nana (Sandra Kennaday), Grandpa Ed (Edward Kennaday) Grandmother (Henrietta), Aunts (Ann, Carrie and Angela) Uncle (Geno) and many cousins. As well as his extended loving family and many friends all whom he graced with his presence throughout his journey. Hunter was proceeded in death by his paternal great grand parents (Carl Kennaday and Ruth Kennaday) and maternal great grand parents (Kenneth and Geraldine Barr) and grandfather (Dale Marchant). Visitation will be held from 12 pm to 1 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2022 with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. at Dryer Funeral Home, Holly. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Waterford Michigan. At the family’s request in lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Make-a-Wish Foundation or the family.
